No. Live plants, turf rolls, soil and heavy materials are delivered with our own vehicles to the districts of Kocaeli only. It is a deliberate choice, so that no plant arrives damaged after waiting in a cargo depot. To other provinces we send seed, fertiliser, artificial flowers, pots, irrigation parts and lighting.
The site visit is free and non-binding. It takes about 40 minutes; we measure the area and check the level difference, the soil and the water on site. Within 3 working days of the visit we send an itemised quote.
In the climate of Kocaeli the best time is September to mid-November, the second best March to May. Turf is not laid from December to February. June to August is possible but costly, because it needs watering twice a day.
There is no general minimum for the cart. Some products, turf rolls for example, have a minimum order quantity, which you see on the product page. For smaller amounts we suggest seed.
In the gardens we build, maintenance support is free for the first year. After that we offer a monthly maintenance contract: mowing, pruning, fertilising, spraying and an irrigation check.
If we did the planting we give a one-season guarantee. A plant that fails although the care instructions were followed is replaced free of charge.
Unopened products that can be shipped by cargo can be returned within 14 days. Live plants and turf rolls cannot be returned; we check them together at delivery, so report any damaged product before the vehicle leaves.
